Dream books are never right because they concern only what the author believes. Jesus means something to you and something else to another person.
That Jesus on the sidewalk could have represented love, yourself, or a number of things. Whatever He means to you was laying on the sidewalk and hurt. It might have even represented your feelings.
Work out all dreams as they apply to you personally AND, if you can, write every dream down, that you remember, every day. A Dream Journal. You can actually learn and be helped and figure out why we are here, maybe.
I saw a program on some Norwegian fishermen that meet several mornings a week and discuss their dreams before they go out to sea. Altho not common in the West, many native cultures pay a lot of attention to their dreams.

Jesus
To see Jesus in your dream, foretells that your greatest desires and goals will be realized. This dream serves to console and strengthen you in your times of adversity, hardship and struggle. You will rise above any situation and circumstance and become victorious.
To dream that Jesus speaks to you or that you are praying with Him, signifies that you will be blessed with true peace of mind, joy and contentment.
Love & Blessings

To dream that you are helping someone, indicates your willingness to compromise your beliefs toward a greater accomplishment. It also represents your efforts to combine your talents or energies to achieve a mutual goal. In particular, if you are helping an enemy or someone you do not like, then it suggests that you need to come to an understanding or some sort of middle ground in order to move forward and on with your life.

My mother used to have that same dream. THERE! You're not alone, and you cant play the hero anymore. She thought of herself as a hero, and she felt persecuted and paranoid. Like nobody could possibly understand what she was going through. She steadfastly refused to reach out and trust someone...for fear of the same fate she saw 'God' suffering.
Helping someone who is suffering alone is great... as long as they ACCEPT your help. Many times, they will not...it's the pity and attention (or CASH) they want, not anyone's help.
Suffering alone is NOT great, and anyone experiencing this should discreetly seek help and/or advice from someone they trust.

Dreams are about YOU and only you can interpret them correctly. Dreams do mean things and resemble your waking thoughts and events during the day. Take my, shy, timid dog for example.....Whenever I take her to the pet store she has dreams that I assume frighten her because she whimpers and growls in her sleep. She is dreaming about what happen to her during the day. Dream books are not always correct because they are too generalized.
