I was on my old school'd website that i used to go to only for 1 and 2 grade. i found my 1 and 2 grade teachers email address, (through hernamehere@browardschools.com, not her personal one) would it be alright to email her? i havent talked to her in 6-7 years and i want to see if she remembers me.

It is fine to email a former teacher but do introduce yourself and give a few hints as to who you were. Teachers have many students and can't be expected to remember everyone and it helps to jog their memory about a specific incident or project etc. Do tell her how much you appreciated what she did for you etc...that will make her day. Teachers don't hear that enough believe me.

She wont remember you. Teachers' brains are like thier file boxes. They start over each year. (With the names..not the education)

of course it would.... i hadn't seen my first grade teacher since first grade(lol) and i ran into her at the mall and she remembered me
--you mite have to jog her memory a bit though...
