To the best of my knowledge, there's no English word meaning the siblings of a parent. So it would probably be best just to say "uncle and aunt."

Not sure in what context you want to use "aunt and uncle" but you can say "relatives" refer to only one "aunt" or "uncle" the college won't know the difference in your story if you twisted the truth a bit.
