ok well its a vob file and a Backup File of the IFO so you can really do it buy hand that have to get software to convert your videos files to the dvd files so it can play on the dvd you can put anything on the dvd so any audio files video files

i dont think there are any free software but you can get them free if you get them off u torrent

hear are some of the software that you can get in order from the best

PowerDirector
VideoStudio
Pinnacle Studio Ultimate
Premiere Elements
ShowBiz DVD
Easy Media Creator
DVD Movie Factory
Vegas Movie Studio DVD
Nero
MoviePlus
WinDVD Creator
PowerProducer
Muvee Auto Producer
VideoWave
MyDVD Studio
Digital Studio
Editstudio

now what the software dose if you can add video or make video on the software and it makes it go on a dvd with a menu so just like when u watch a dvd you can add your own music to the dvd menu and your own pictures to the background of the menu it really cool then you burn it on to a black dvd-r or dvd + r and then you can watch it on your dvd

if you don't no what u torrent is and how to get the software off it just ask another questions with how to get software for free of u torrent and i will answer it for you

i hope that helps you

It depends on the DVD. Some can do only DVD, some can do audio CD (most), some will wander through data CD's with MP3 files showing a fairly crude directory arrangement.
