I think so. If they had no warrant, they are not aloud to step on your property in Okla-COMA>>>>>>>>>>......... cry out disjustice on this one. If you have the proof go to the officers superior.

if he has cause like screaming or calls and complaints about you or noise or smell of drugs or hang-up 911 call or suspitious activity or you appear impaired your yard belongs to you and the power and water and gas co the right of ways for those,,, is the side walk city owned ,,or yours ,see thats public land, now you could be just held on suspitsion for 2 hours or medical or mental holds for 72 the laws vary state to state , the first hour with an attorney is free consult,, check this out for free

Your "civil rights"? No. If they do not have probable cause, they might be considered to be tresspassing.

By and large, cops don't just hassle people who totally above reproach. I'll bet you've been in trouble before or hang out with friends who have been in trouble before.

You said that they had no warrant, but you were careful not to claim that they had no reason.

as long as u havent done anything against the law then u have nothing 2 worry about if a cops on ur property unless hes crooked
