I don't think Phoebe Tara goes well together, maybe Phoebe Taryn? Madeline Elizabeth is good together.

I love the first one. Pheobe Tara sounds pretty but don't care for the 2nd one. I just don't like the name Madeline, sounds like a mean old lady, but Elizabeth is a pretty middle name.

Pheobe is misspelled. Phoebe Tara is nice. I like it a lot more than Madeline Elizabeth, because Madeline is too common for me.
How about Phoebe Madeline? Madeline makes a nice middle name, and it sounds very nice with Phoebe.

Phoebe Tara (or reversed) sounds better than Madeline Elizabeth because Madeline is too common and cutesy when your a grown woman.

They're both nice, but I prefer Madeline Elizabeth. Pheobe is lovely, but I find it a little bit 'cutesy'.

I'm not exactly crazy about Pheobe Tara, but if it has meaning to you then you should use it. I love Madeleine Elizabeth. You can also spell it Madelyn, that's my daughter's name. Madelyn Rae.

I've always loved old fashioned names, so I'm 100% behind you. Phoebe is a bit questionable though. It is a beautiful name, but (1)it can only be shortened to Pheboes and Ed. (2)She will always have to spell or explain the spellling of her name which can be quite exhausting.
My good friend named her daughter Ava Marie. Endless opportunities for nicknames, and not often a spelling misshap.
