We, the American ppl, would not have our civil liberties that we enjoy today because the Constitution would have never been created and ratified.

First it's "how would life in the US might be different without the Constitution?" then it's "how would life in the US might be different without the Preamble and the Constitution," and then it's "How would life in the US might be different without the Bill of Rights?"
