There's this boy I really like, and somehow his friend got to know about me liking him. Somehow other people started saying that I like this other guy, just because I hang out more often with him. Now he knows..so..How do I tell him that all those stuff isn't true and that i like him?

What makes you think he is mad at you? It may not be true, so ask him. Being up front is best; say what you mean and mean what you say. If you want him to like you, tell him how special he is; he will appreciate. it.
