All hotels accept cash. However, they usually require a credit card at check-in even if you pay cash when you leave. The reason is that some people will skip out without paying. Or, they'll pay for the room but then leave without paying for room service or other extra services.

It's possible that some may accept a large cash deposit in place of a credit card. You should call ahead to the hotel and check to be safe.

A borrowed credit card won't work. No hotel will accept that because of the possibility of fraud. It has to be yours. If you show up without one, you may not be allowed to check in.

All the casinos take cash instead of credit cards. Caesars will take $200 in cash upfront for incidentals, but you cannot charge anything to your room. Once you checkout, if you haven't used the money (phone; movies) they give you back your money. I would call the casino you are going to stay in and ask what is their policy on cash deposits.

All of em.
But you will need a big chunk for a deposit when you check in.
Get a pre paid credit card or a debit card and you wont have to plunk down several C Notes to stay a night or two.

ANY casino will take cash, but they convert it to chips on the table after the first hand. The best way to have and get money is to use your ATM card, but carry cash too.
