Why does 2+2=4?
Sorry, it's just the way it is, so accept it. SEC is superior to all other conferences. PAC-10 is the only conference that's anywhere near SEC level play.
And JESSIE, well the Big Ten got smacked down when it counted. OSU laid down like babies against Florida last year. Georgia and Florida will be two of the elite teams in the nation next year with their returning players.

Well the SEC could disband and all play as independents. But then the Top 10 would be all former SEC teams. They could play powerhouses like Applachion State, Army, Navy, Stanford, and Baylor. Parity in the SEC this year just made it impossible for one team to dominate. Georgia is probably playing the best right now. LSU was dinged up and playing hurt for the last four games. No team in the Top 25 has played and defeated more ranked teams than LSU. Gloat all you want ...... I am proud of the Tigers win or lose. They have been there before (National Champions) and will be back again before most of the haters get to a conference championship. Even in those powerhouse conferences you play in. By the way ..... right now the Big 12 has the most ranked teams and I will grant that their top teams are probably superior to most of the SEC and Oregon without Dixon. I would like to see Oregon with Dixon against any of the Big 12 teams. As far as Ohio State, they will embarrass the Big 10 yet again.

I have no idea, the experts keep kissing up to them, it is like a stereotype, if you are from New York you are a good business man and if you from Seattle, you are good with computer. Kinda stupid if you ask the public, lets kiss up to the experts,
dear experts
People from every single state not in the southeast suck at football and the southeast rules at football
Basically a dumb stereotype,
My opinion,
Put USC, put Oregon with dixon and even put ASU against any SEC team, we will see who is the best conference.
The main reason the experts think this is why?
Like 2006, the Ohio state suckeyes won their weak Big 10 Conference, they went undefeated in a weak conference, they played a Florida team that played in a tougher conference. Now this was unfair, why should Florida have to play sorry Ohio State so the experts can kiss up to the SEC and diss other conferences?
That is why I do not want ANY big 10 team to even TOUCH the BCS Championship, they will just embarass their conference and make the opposing conference look better.
Big 12 and Pac 10 are far better conferences than the SEC.
Put Kansas, Missouri or Oklahoma against ANY SEC team and see what happens, they will beat the SEC teams. Now put Ohio State against any SEC team, result?
Ohio State will get their sorry butts whooped and make the SEC look like football heaven.
I think from this point on, only pac 10, big 12 and SEC teams should be allowed in the BCS Title game, so the games would actually be fun,
2006 USC vs 2006 Florida would have made a great game. Fortunately, the Trojans will play the Buckeyes in the Rose Bowl and smash that sorry program in the mouth.
My conclusion?
Pac 10 + Big 12> SEC> Big East> every other conference.

Its because the sec is the strongest conference the sec's teams have lost to each other that is what makes a strong conference, not having a team go to the title game

You'll hear the argument that the SEC is the best because all the teams are good and can eliminate eachother from contention, but then their best team nearly loses to Alabama who went out and lost to Louisiana-Monroe. So with that logic, Louisiana-Monroe must be an overlooked powerhouse.

So your conference is much better if one team dominates, like OSU did in a very piss poor Big Ten?

Because they keep knocking each other out. Seriously, I would still take LSU over Kansas or Missouri.
