Basically, I can only start one of them but I don't know which one. Please help.

If you can do a QB in flex, definitely bulger. Seattle's defense isn't that great and Bulger is showing to have some of his old form back.
Seattle is giving up over 215 yards on average in the air (13th). Hassleback practiced today but Alexander is out. It should be an air contest which should bode well for Bulger.
San Diego is 26th in the Passing and Baltimore is 6th in Defense... There's nothing of Phil this week.

Can't give a good answer without knowing your scoring system. In my league, QBs overall are the highest scorers. My choice would be Bulger. He'll be good for close to 300 yards. Rivers will be lucky if he gets that much.
