my x husband refuses to let my child come to visit me well hse is 12 and i think she might want to come and live with me. can i do this for free???i mean get custody of her.

If he has custody and is unwilling to give it up you will have to go to court in order to force the issue.
It is anything but free.

Sorry but your gonna have to go to court and petition to get custody of your daughter. I mean if your have visitation and he is not allowing your time of visitation, then he is in violation of the court and could be sent to jail.
You really need to get all the info about your visitation rights, it you have any and also invest in a good family court lawyer.

In a custody case you wouldn't want free help, those are vicious attorneys!

allow the visit??? isn't it court ordered? most visits are. yes, go to court on monday and ask to fill out the paper work to do that. contact your lawyer or the court house.

Sounds like you will have to talk to him and convince him . He can call to make the change through the court.

You need a really good attorney and some serious sobriety and recovery time.
Are you sober and in recovery? What does your sponsor say about all of this?
