-invent a computer that truly IS "user-friendly" so that IF something goes wrong, you don't need Geek Sqaud & 200 bucks to fix it.
-have plastic packaging for small electronic goods that Don't require the Jaws of Life & a blow torch to open & without potentially giving yourself a severe cut.

i just bought a calculator and considered dropping the course cause i couldnt cut it open
how about a jewel-case cd that has a pull here tab on its plastic that isnt sarcasm? or for digi-packs, one that the disc is removed/replaced without the slight bend of the cd that gives heart attacks?
