On a blog I saw a small picture of a website page. What programs let you do that?

You can use the "print screen" key on your keyboard to "capture" what ever is showing on your monitor.

Doing that copies that image to your computers clip board.

Then you just go to Windows Paint, or whatever other graphic / picture editing software you have, and choose FILE, then NEW, then right click your mouse and choose paste.

You can then edit (crop), down size, or do whatever you want to the image, then SAVE.

If you're using a PC, just hit the prtscrn (print screen) button. That copies the image to memory. Then you can go into a graphic program, like photoshop, paintshop pro, or whatever and paste the image. Then the only thing you'll have to do is crop out everything but the actual web page.

You can use the printscreen method like a lot of people have said, but this doesn't help if you want to capture the full page (like if there are scrollbars down the side, printscreen will capture a picture of the scrollbars rather than the full page)

I use the "Save As Image" plugin for Mozilla Firefox, you can get it from the official Mozilla Addons web page (see below). Of course this doesn't help if you use Internet Explorer rather than Firefox, there are probably similar programs for Internet Explorer though.

All you need is the basic paint program!
First, next to the F12 button, press Print Screen/SysRq, then right click the mouse and select, "copy"
2. Open paint, go to the edit tab, and select, "paste"
3. on the tool menu do you see the rectangle with the dotted lines? click that and basically cut out the page with it
4. Go to File, and save it as something, and upload it onto photobucket tinypic, etc.

Look! I just did it!

I use Printkey.exe. It is a free program that lets you take a picture of the screen display.

If windows, just press the print screen on the keyboard, which will put it in your clipboard. From there paste it where ever you want to put it that will handle picture files using the paste command.

The print screen button on your keyboard, and then the control+p function (paste)

Just do that in any basic picture editor.
