How often does it happen? If its like every 20 mins then you may be suffering some post traumatic stress disorder from having witnessed the fly. If it only happens a couple of times a day then you needn't worry, it will go away soon enough. A good therapy would be to try and laugh it off whenever it happens.

Everyone has. Sometimes we find out we did see something. When I was a kid, I saw something out of the corner of my eye when I was in the kitchen but thought it was just my imagination. It turned out a mouse has gotten into the house. We realized that after the dog went crazy chasing it

Yes. This happens to me all the time. I'll see someone walking through my house and when I turn to see who it is, there's no one there at all. It's weird because I KNOW I saw someone out of the corner of my eye!

Many times. I often think it's my own hair playing tricks on me as it flicks around.

That used to happen to me when I was a kid. I used to think it was a ghost. It happenned to me again when I was 20. I used to think it was the chronic.
