ok i have four fish. one red capped (not an oranda), two black telescopes and one fantail goldfish. i had another red cap but it died a few days ago. now, one of my telescope has a white thing on its mouth and it looks like its been bitten off but not the whole thing. and there's a flap thats covering half of its mouth so it can't really eat. then now it looks like as if it's bleeding. there's a red thing on the edge of the white whatever thats on its mouth. i don't know what disease this is. please help me identify what it is so i can buy the right medicine for it.

it might be ick but i'm not sure. i've noticed that the red cap has been biting the fantail's tail so im thinking it might have bitten the telescope. but i doubt it because goldfish are supposed to be peaceful animals and not bite other goldfish.

Secondary infection (probably fungus) of ammonia burns. Check water parameters. Treat with a small water change, daily, until ammonia numbers come down to zero.

How big is the tank and how long have you had it set up?

That's a pretty small tank for that many goldfish. Goldfish make a lot of waste - more than most fish. Sounds like the waste build up is turning into an ammonia problem. You need to step up the water changes and make sure you have a good filtration system. If you don't already have one, run over to your local fish store and pick up a filter rated for at least a 10 gallon tank. They're not that expensive. Also, you might want to grab a mild anti-bacterial medication like Maracyn. Just follow the directions on the package and you should be good to go.

It's either a fungus or an ulcer. If you had a pic up, I might be able to tell better, but I'm unsure here. Usually funguses can look like a cottony growth on the body usually starting from tail to head, but they are also known to be black/velvety spots on a fish. It just varies on the type of fungus.
As far as ulcers go, it's also known as the hole in the head/body disease. It starts out looking like a wart on the fish, but after a while, the 'wart' starts to decrease in size and soon goes eating inside the fish, killing it slowly. For the fungus, you can go to the pet store to get a medicine for it (DOC Wellfish is a really good brand). For the ulcer(s), I'd take the fish to the vet. They'd know what to do.
