you certainly may, if you have a buyer that will give you what it is worth to you or what is worth as a currency collector, there are currency and coin collectors that buy and sell every day in the u.s. and all around the world.....if you have a rare certificate,make sure you check with a collector to see if you are selling it at a profitable amount or what the market value really is....... I have some of these my self and if you can sell yours to someone for thousands of dollars, let me know who it is !!! I"d be willing to dump mine also..!! thanks, and hope you get a good price too.
