Fish that scrape algae off your glass are plecostomous (plecos) or otocinclus catfish. Theres another one called a Chinese algae eater, but these are mean, and they don't eat algae when they get older, just your other fish.

If you mean they cleaner fish that scrape/eat parasites off of saltwater fish, these are cleaner gobies. They aren't a good idea to buy because once all the parasites in your tank are eaten they starve to death.
