It depends on the type of work I'm doing. I'm one of those people who doesn't need music constantly playing in my background. Sometimes I like to hear myself think and/or concentrate on my task at hand. I love my music and would rather enjoy it completely when I'm not working.

Quiet: most music is just noise to me and irritates me. Wish it was different, would love to be able to appreciate what others love so much. Always been this way, don't know why.

depends. if i'm doing physical labor or working on math or science or something, then always music. but if i'm reading or memorizing history or spanish, then i can't focus with the music on.
