as an animal detective. a person who goes to ... say puppy mails and makes sure everything is okay and arrests them if the animals are in un healthy conditions? if so, wat would the name be of the proffession?

They're probably is a job like that working for some place like the ASPCA, Humane Society, or Animal Control. You can most likely check their websites ofr e-mail them to find out more.

That job is for animal control and the health department, not a detective.
There are detectives, most I hear about are on the west coast though.

Yes. Animal control workers, animal detectives...lol...not really sure what they're called, but they have them if you watch animal cops. they're the ones with their face blurred out....lol
