There is no expungement of Federal felony convictions. HR 623 has been introduced in this session by Rep Charles Rangel to make expungement possible for non-violent one-time offenders, but it hasn't even gone into committee yet.

Currently, the only way to get a Federal felony off your record is a Presidential pardon.
