The belt drive 350 and 400's I knew of date to the late 70's. I wouldn't give much hope for either parts or conversion. You are best off with a really high quality chain and sprocket set. I recommend the front sproket 1 or 2 teeth larger than stock. That will increase potential top end, lower revs at cruise and reduce chain wear and noise. I do that on all chain drive motorcycles I've owned. Lets me use the gears gor more than just getting to top. I have seen some composite sprockets that will reduce chain wear too. The few belt drives I saw were all limited production stock.

Never seen a belt drive but my friends father had a dual sport conversion cb350. At least I think it was. Anyway it was a sweet bike and I wish I had it.

Probably the closest thing you will find to interchanging is from a Honda CM 400. Personally I think it would be a lot of work and money for very little gain.
