Very likely it is a urinary tract infection. Drink plenty! plenty! plenty! of water. Unsweetened cranberry juice found at the healthfood store. Blueberries too. See your Dr asap. Macrobid works well and fast!
Usually during sex bacteria like ecoli gets into the urethra and can be quickly washed out when you urinate immediately after sex. If you fall asleep and forget to pee it gives the bacteria a chance to create an infection.
Do not have sex until this is taken care of and from now on go pee immediately afterwards! That advice comes from lots of UTI experience.

More specifically then a UTI or an STD, think about what type of any recent sexually activity, change in diet, lack of fluids, etc. you've had. You might be able to answer your own question without someone on here telling you that youre not taking care of yourself enough or that you might be too promiscuous. Just a thought. Good luck. I would say that if it remains painful for more than the day, you should go to the hospital and thery might be able to hook you up with some basic antibiotics to prevent further irratation and/or pain..

I would consider a urinary tract infection first. Until you can get to the doc, drink a lot (I mean a lot, like 8 - eight oz glasses), and cranberry juice. Stay away from spicy foods. Stick with veggies and fruit - raw if you can. Good general system cleansing. Also, instead of cleaning with toilet paper, which can irritate, use a wet soft cloth or, even better, use warm water in a squeeze bottle.

Most likely one of 2 things, either a urinary tract infection or a sexually transmitted disease. I'm sure you can easily determine which if you think about what you have done lately. Get to a doctor ASAP for an exam and treatment. You should be ok until Monday as neither are life threatening.

Try drinking cranberry juice or taking a cranberry tablet or eating some of those leftover Thanksgiving cranberries. I don't know why it's effective at bringing relief for urinary tract infections but it always works for me. If that doesn't help, look for an urgent care center because ERs take hours to get into and you may be exposed to more dangers there than in an urgent care center.

You could possibly have a kidney or bladder infection or even a yeast infection...try drinking several glasses of water to flush your system. If it still burns, then see a doc.
Sometimes if you don't drink enough water and too much soda, etc. the urine will turn a dark yellow and sting when your urinate.

Could be a urinary infection or you got a cut or scratch in that area. Drink lots of cranberry juice & water and if it gets worse, dont wait till monday, get some antibiotics pronto even if you have to go to emergency.

Until you see doctor - drink lots of water. Could be cystitis - excrutiating painful sensation felt up to the parting of the breastplate. Yes, painful. And there is a constant need to pass urine. Some women have this sensation after love making 'honeymooners' - I need say no more.

There could be several answers to this.
most common answer would be you got to much soap up there.
If that is the case you shouldn't have to worry because it will go away
If is doesn't go away after a day then find a doctor that you can talk to
I could be serious if its not the soap issue

Sounds like either a Urinary tract infection or a Sexually transmitted disease.
STD possibilities:
Chancroid
This STD is caused by the Haemophilus ducreyi bacteria. It can be spread by vaginal or anal sex, or skin-to-skin contact with sores. Symptoms may include genital sores, vaginal discharge, a burning feeling when urinating, and swollen lymph nodes in the groin. The sores may look like herpes or syphilis sores. Chancroid can be treated with antibiotics.
Chlamydia
This is one of the most common STDs. It can be spread by vaginal or anal sex, and pregnant women can pass it on to their babies during delivery. Symptoms may include vaginal discharge and burning during urination, but most women do not have any symptoms. This is why it’s important to be tested for it, at least when you first enter health care. Chlamydia can be successfully treated with antibiotics. If left untreated, it can spread to a woman’s upper, internal reproductive organs (meaning the ovaries and fallopian tubes) and cause PID.
Gonorrhea
This bacterial STD can be spread through vaginal, anal, or oral sex. Symptoms may include a yellowish or greenish vaginal discharge and a burning feeling when urinating. Gonorrhea can also affect the anus and the throat. Many women have no symptoms. Gonorrhea can be treated with antibiotics. If left untreated, it can cause PID and infertility.
Not likely to be Trichomoniasis Because:
This STD is caused by a parasite. It can be spread by vaginal sex. Trichominiasis is a common cause of vaginal infections. Symptoms may include a foamy, foul-smelling vaginal discharge (unlike a yeast infection, which causes a thick white discharge that smells like dough). Trichomoniasis can be successfully treated with drugs.
