And, would it be able to play Toontown? I like to write in microsoft word, and get on the internet, and watch music videos on the internet. Can it do that? I'm thinking of buying this laptop.

You should check the system requirements but it should handle something as trivial as The Sims (everything else you've mentioned is even more trivial).

Yes, it'll play The Sims.

Not sure why you'd want to spend a couple of hundred on Microsoft Word, when Open Office is free..

Its not safe to use on the internet though - its got Microsoft Windows on it. You'll need to get an Internet Security package.
