It all depends on how you word it. Most times, asking about somebody is a violation.The last deciding factor is whether there is some bored jerk who has nothing better to do than report people for no obvious reason.
Usually, if you put a ligitimate question on the outside and add what really counts in your details, your question stays.
I still haven't totally figured it all out, but I have gotten most of it figured out. That comes from refusing to quit when I get a violation. lol I ask it again, just in a different way. lol

i know one time i said something like " will you wish joe a happy birthday"? and next thing ya know i had a violation. then i asked, its midnight, is that a good time to hit the sack? another violation. lol lol. i don't know why or when they give them!!!!

you have to watch, what you are doing, there are quite a few violations going round just latley
