turn the off the main water supply to the house.. drain off the water at a lower line than the toilet supply valve, if possible..(if not, water will run on the floor.. so have some towels ready.).. then replace the shutoff stem or washer to the tiolet supply valve.. it's the valve under the toilet.. this is where the water hammer is coming from!!

Try adding a water hammer arrestor. You can buy them at the builder's supply in the plumbing section. An arrestor will screw in to the water supply line between the valve and the toilet stem.
They look like a shiney copper pipe stub attached to a T fitting. They are available with the 3/8" standard compression fitting on each side.

Not big deal, It's from supply of water that's not strong enough. Turn the main supply valve so you get more water going to the flush.

You might not be turning the valve on all the way, or the new flush valve could be defective.

turn the water on , full not slowley just normal, the fill valve
is shutting it off and on, if the pressure isn,t enough to over come the float valve [as you slowley turn it on] that is what is causing the hammering, just turn it on full, let it fill
flush it see if that fixes it,

this would nicely be a ordinary concern, exceedingly in older residences and there are numerous reasons it might desire to be taking place. the single I even have considered the main is air in the line mixed with pipes that are actually not stunning linked to the form. this would reason the rumbling you describe. Have it checked professionally if the subject reoccurs as quickly as you employ the unit for an afternoon or 2, or in case you're suspicious that it might desire to be a worse concern that consists of leaking.

That is really weird. If you've tried to fix it and can't, maybe you should call a plumber. Sorry you're gonna have to spend the money.....
