.....It's not that women behave much worse than men today, on average. It's that they behave at least a little worse on average, know it, and obfuscate when confronted about it more than men do about their men's bad behavior. In other words, it's the obfuscation that's really irritating. For instance, Jay Leno has been making fun of Larry Craig's men's room antics almost every night for months. You know why? Because Criag deny's the obvious. If Craig just came clean from the start, Leno (and viewers) would have gotten bored after a week of jokes about him. I see all this complaining about how disheartening it is to see the male bitterness, sexism, trolling and the like. Don't you think that the most powerful thing you can do is to disarm these guys by just not obfuscating?

The feminists are already employing that tactic; frequently they've been brought to task. Please teach them something new, cause all that obfuscating is causing them to be a bit dim-witted. It only works for a time, before the defenses are broken down.

I have no idea what "obfuscating" means, and, I don't watch Jay Leno and I know not what Larry Craig's men's room antics are about.

But don't you think it's somewhat understandable that women may be more sensitive to jokes and comments directed at women's behavior, considering we've been living in a society where women have had to fight for their equality? Do you think it's reasonable that blacks be a bit indignant when criticisms are aimed at their behavior when they live in a society that still resonates with racism? And if the jokes and/or criticisms are coming from people who have been historically exempt from racism and political and social oppression, is it not then at least a little understandable that these remarks and jokes will not be welcomed warmly?

Yeah I know, us women have our faults as do men.
Doesn't take a genius to see that obfuscating is happening from both parties, from men and women with gender issues.
Truth told without distortion is always the best way. And good communication & an open mind.
I try looking at both sides and do see alot of wool-pulling over the eyes happening from both sexes.

Yes.. your right.. I agree 100%. "Obfuscating" was poor word choice. Who the heIl knows what that means? I'm just guessing what it means from the context it was used.

Maybe I'll re-ask this question in English to get better answers. No offense.
