yep, a smoothie...they shave EVERYTHING off!! Everywhere.....
and a twink is a attractive guy that looks very young ....with little or no body hair...

Twink is usually the term for an extremely slender young gay man, probably with limited body hair.
In the Bear and Leather communities I've also heard the term Otter.

Most really thin, hairless boys are called twinks. I don't like that term because I get called that. I have my fair share of hair but I trim some "areas" and shave my chest and legs. I hate that people call me something just because of the way I look.
