I have been on the pill for 6 years. I have been in a monogomous relationship and been having unprotected sex for about 6 months. About a week ago, I started going to the bathroom up to 15 times a day ( I normally pee like 8 times a day ) and my breasts started getting so sore and I am tired even if I sleep 12 hours! I have only missed a pill or two but have taken them next day. It's too soon to take a pregnancy test, and I'm thinking the chance of me being pregnant is slim to none. But my boobs never hurt like this. I mean what are the chances of actually being pregnant since I take the pill almost perfectly. And does it really matter if I take the pills at different times of the day?

Take it from me. I was on the pill for 7 years. I took it at the same time every day ( i set my phones alarm) and I never missed a pill ( not even one) I am now 15 weeks pregnant. While it is unlikely, it does happen. That is why it does not say 100% effective. That being said, you should test because more than likely you are not but it is possible.

I also got pregnant while on the pill and I kept taking the pill until I was 2 and a half months pregnant because I didn't think I was pregnant.!! The pill is not 100% you should stop taking the pill and see your doctor becuse tiredness and tender breasts only set in around the 3 month mark. You could still be getting periods while you are taking the pill even if you are pregnant. Your symptoms sound like you are at least a few months pregnant now.

No birth control method is 100% safe except abstaining from sex entirely. And not taking the pills daily could be reason to change the level of protection they normally afford. You are OK to take them at different times of the day...if you do still remember to take them.
Your symptoms do sound like first trimester pregnancy. It might not be too soon to take a pregnancy test...do it with the first urine of the morning. But then get an official test from your doctor too.

Equal to the percentage of efficiency associated with the pill. If it's 97% effective then the possibility is 3%

I took the pill perfectly. I took mine at 8pm every night. I had an alarm to remind me and I got pregnant. So it is possible to be pregnant. And if you have been taking them for so long your body can get used to them and they wont work.
