Think about what a prison symbolizes. It means being in a fixed state, unable to move, unable to leave, or trapped.
A heart symbolizes feelings of love.

Put the two together: You got my (feelings of love) (unable to leave), or basically -- it seams like the person means to say they are committed to you, although there are better ways of wording it in my opinion -- it seems like it must be part of a song or poem, so the message was stretched in order to make it rhyme.

I'm going to go with this: Maybe they're trying to say that the person loves them so much, it's hard to escape from them and take their heart back to give it to someone else. Basically it means that they are really captivated. It's easy to understand just hard to articulate what it means!
