The only thing that would work for all age groups and genders are gift cards. Kinda impersonal but easy.

Consider discount lingerie or underwear. Alot of shops are running HUGE discounts now, because lingerie is often considered a luxury item and with the economy the way it is, the demand for luxury items is lower than usual. Just limit this to people you know well (sisters, girlfriends, close friends) as someone you are not close to may consider it strange if you give them underwear as a gift. In case you prefer to shop from home, the website below offers discount lingerie.

well, if you truly hate christmas. why are you celebrating it by giving gifts? most family members only want to spend time with family during this time. to get them out of the way fast- get everyone a gift card to their favorite store. fast and quick and be done in 1 hour. lol.

Pens and pencils--personalized if possible.
Personalized toothbrushes.
DVDs, CDs, or books. Dover Books cost only $2.00 each.
Certain kinds of candies and cookies.
Some small toys, like Matchbox cars. (Yes, sometimes adults should get toys, too!)
Christmas socks.

Merry Christmas!

collect some acorns and play 'Acorns' Its great - you collect about 100 acorns then with a group of people you throw them around and see how many you can pick up in 30 sconds - you then play "hide the acorns" (suitable for men and women of all ages!)

I adore socks, turkish delight, galaxy bars. It is the thought that counts not the amount of money spent.
