Easy depending on the situation either avoid them all together so you dont have to deal with it. Or give them a quick attitude adjustment by telling them to give it a rest tell them exactly what their doing and make them aware of it and if that doesnt help just stay away from the bad seed.

Depends on the relationship - is this person your partner or a clerk in the neighborhood store? If a clerk - shop elsewhere. If your partner - find a way to change YOUR behavior to get them to change theirs. Stop reacting the same old way - become unpredictable, it throws them off guard.

Let the person know that you can't deal with him/her when he/she gives you "attitude". If that doesn't work then avoid this person.
