a false positive is EXTREMELY rare if not impossible with any pregnancy test.

Not likely. First Response is the number #1 at home pregnancy test. See your family doctor for a pregnancy test, to make sure it's positive.

Take another test. The only false positive you'll get is if that particular test was faulty. You can get a positive and then a negative from a chemical pregnancy, which is basically a very very early miscarriage.

But as it is, if you got a positive you should consider yourself pregnant, false ones are insanely rare.

It is rare, but it is possible to get a false positive with any pregnancy test. If you have something like Crohn's & Colitis, it can give you a false positive...my sister had a couple of experiences like this while she was having flare-ups.

But like I said, it is very rare...so if you got a positive, chances are very, very high that you are pregnant.

I hope you get the result you're hoping for.

I have always gotten a true answer with that test. I would trust it and get a blood test to be absolutly sure.

Congrats!!
