NEGATIVE ENERGY...
expelling it, exchanging it, listening to it, digesting it, engaging in it, and hanging around with people who do any of the above mentioned things!

Stopping to try and figure everything out about the Mysteries of Life, when one can simply be living it.
Oh......and all the paperwork on the job that just gets filed away and then pulled & trashed by the carton-loads after a coupla years.
