Klinsmenn isn't really proven he managed the Germans on there own turf and then quit, he hasn't managed anywhere else, he won't move away from California and he's German so there's a few problems. Capello however must need an extra house to keep all his trophies in, he's got to be the number one choice as there are no successful English managers out there and Mouhrinho doesn't want the job.

fabio capello is the man. the german hasnt really proved himself as a manager. Lets remember, the host team always seems to do well, as the crowd seems to spur them on.
We need someone who can and will kick the hell out of our players. gotta be capello
