Allow nature to reclaim half of it. Cut cars by 75%, and cut pollution by 75%. Make everyone sympathetic toward the planet, and nature. Live ecologically.

I would make it sunny and warm year round (not too warm, 75 would be nice) and fill it with lots of puppies and happy people!! (not too happy tho...I hate those people that early in the morning they seem to be so chirpy...I wanna kill them...lol just generally happy people that aren't fighting with each other over who's God is better or anything like that...)
