to shear neglect of my parents in child hood. As a an adult i want to be a loyal spouse. But at first instance i dont feel comfortable talking to any girl and if i communicate my desier through means of digital communication they either just dont believe me or just don't care about my emotios. these feelings are killing me. omehow i have become addict to solitude help me come out of it.

It would take pages to answer this. step one. find a freind that will listen to you. maybe someone that you really don't know. like an internet chat freind. I could do that if you have yahoo IM. say what you think. Stop blaming any thing, on the past. This is today. tomarrow is tomarrow. This is now. I don't care Who did what, When. This is now we are not talking about last years, months days. Take charge of your life and say. This is me. This is the new me. This is the way I am. This is What I think. This is what I do. This is me.
If a woman doesn't care about your emotions. Then you need another woman. don't let people tell you who to be. You are you and you always will be. they are not going to change you. Unless you want to make that change.
Don't blame it on your child hood. Don't blame it on your parents. Start over. We don
't need a blame. just a new beginning. Like this one woman said. I wish , I wish I wish.
hey I don't need a wish bone. ever wish on a wish bone. doesn't work does it. I wish for this I wish for that. I don't need a wish bone. I need a back bone. like work on it. you can wish the house was cleaned up all day., wish bone don't do it. but back bone does. get it?

Stop blaming your parents. Nobody likes a crybaby. Then, just ask people sincere questions that don't complain about yourself and care what people have to say. That will help your social life. In your country women are just too repressed to find it easy to make contact, and why would anyone from outside want to go there?

Heres something to think about- Its not how others have treated you that causes you to feel the way you do, it all has to do with how you think about these experiences. By changing any self defeating beliefs you have about these experiences you can change both your feelings and behaviours. Heres a book that can show you how to do that- 'A Guide To Rational Living' by Albert Ellis.
