They are..by law..no longer allowed to say "ho, ho, ho" due to it possibly being offensive...they must now say "ha, ha, ha".

Not true, I saw a follow up news piece about it. The company CLAIMS they said it was only a suggestion and not an order. It was never a law.

I saw it on Yahoo news, so do a search for it that way. You will see it was never a law. My guess is it is also in Urban Legends on Snopes web site.
