Australlia goes to the polls today, to vote for a new Government, or keep the other. Depending who you are going to vote for. It's Saturday. With what went on in our house, due to a certain young man having too much to drink, I am exhausted!

Mickeydon, everything is getting worse. Look for some articles on "Schoolies, at Surfers paradise" on the net.

Congratulations on a smooth election with good turnout. It sounds like Australians were ready for a change. It the U.S. time to make that choice next year. Labour's victory, I think, is somewhat equivalent to a Democrat victory in the U.S. It's not an exact comparison, but climate change was a big issue for you and will be an issue for us. Iraq was an issue for you and will be an issue for us. You've had a good economy, but our predictions seem to be for a downturn in the economy. Blessings to your new government no matter what your political affiliation.

I am in Maryland right now, so I cannot vote in Australia, so I guess I willnot goto the polls today or tomorrow which is Saturday. I did read here in the papers that the streets of Australia are getting worse.

Hope you guys get the new government you want. That is keeping John Howard or electing Kevin Rudd. Australian's issues sound like ours. That is pro-life, pro-family, climate changes, etc. Enjoy watching the results.
