friend tore his knee. needs surgery. no insurance. i think he can get medical (lives in oakland ca). having trouble finding specific information.

he can ask his Dr. or call the hospital where he would be having surgery and they should be able to give him some answers to that question . i know Ohio has programs for people who are uninsured and need help paying for medical bills.
