I read that it has to do with a taped conversation between the suspects that contradicts their statements about their alibi.

The hearing is today for the brothers however the authorities are playing it close to the vest and not reveling what there new evidence just yet.

It hasn't been made public. There's SOMETHING they aren't telling authorities. I always said something went awry & one of them or more accidentally killed her & panicked. Just my theory.
