My girlfriend started wearing heels at around 16-17.
Although best to start with low for a few years, then medium and then high, at any age. The sooner you start the easier it can be. But 14 is probably the best lowest age to start wearing medium heels (2-4").

I was 29 or 30 when I wore my first stiletto type high heels. I don't wear them much due to knee problems. I have to sit most of the time to wear them.
What age to start? Whenever they can handle walking in them without hurting themselves. Like high school age. But really, it depends on the individual and how the girl's parents feel.

ummm.... dressing up aged 10... wearing out.... 14 (I was an 80's kids) i think girls should wear high heels when their ankles are strong enough to take their own weight on them... about 13 or 14 but then again my daughter won't get to wear heels at that age.... so 16! man I am contrary... lol

My first pair I was 11; when they should start? I guess at any age that she can handle wearing them. Heck, at 11 I could run in heels so I guess it's all what's comfortable for you. I know some adult women that can't handle high heels so they wear flats.

I've been wearing heels since I was a little kid. I don't remember how old I was, but probably around 7 or 8.
They should start wearing them whenever they want to.
