I assume you mean:
x² + 8x + 16 .. 20 ... 16
---------------- + ------ - ------
...... 5x ........... x² ...... 5

You need to find a common denominator of 5x². Then multiply the first expression by x/x, the second expression by 5/5 and the last expression by x²/x².

x(x² + 8x + 16) . 100 . 16x²
------------------- + ------ - ------
...... 5x² .............. 5x² .... 5x²

x(x² + 8x + 16) + 100 - 16x²
--------------------------------------
.................... 5x²

x^3 + 8x² + 16x + 100 - 16x²
--------------------------------------
.................... 5x²

Here is the expression simplified.
x^3 - 8x² + 16x + 100
-----------------------------
............... 5x²

If I interpret this correctly you can add/subtract the fractions but you cannot solve this because it is not an equation.

LCD is 5x^2

(5x^4 + 40x^3 + 16x +100 - 16x^2)/5x^2

put it in order

(5x^4 + 40x^3 - 16x^2+ 16x +100 )/5x^2
