I had a dad that never really knew he had kids!
I did not want to be spoiled but atleast have a dad that cared!
Go to school if you have to so you can get better pay but do not just abandon your child.....It will admire you for it and maybe take care of some things for you!

It's a seemless web of services designed to manage the lives of poor citizens. Hopefully the government will not interfere with the ability to move and find employment, or interfere with the ability to provide your own basic necessities.

The unbiased government employee assigned to manage your family's finances should probably explain what the process is that does provide leeway while you are getting back on your feet.

The process is a pain, it doesn't work for the women either--and it can be troublesome as far as visitation schedules. There are plenty of persons who are not satisfied with the legislation.

I still do not know why the government would take away the right to travel; and attain a passport for persons due to their finances. There are organizations working for more restrictive laws due to the non-compliance with Federal Law, in some States.

There are organizations that are support groups for both sides of these issues--based in individual rights; and they take a stand unlike the government employees for individual rights.

Easy answer. If you can't afford to support kids, keep your pants on, and don't expect the rest of us to pay for them for you.
