the main plot of the movie( or as i remember) is about a man that has a sickness of the eyes( he cant see in the light) and he dresses as a clown and he is a murderer and kills people with an axe or something.

well.. i remember this scene.. its almost at the end of the movie. this girl and her male friend are at a movie theater ror something, and the "clown2 is chasing the girl. she and the guy run and hide all around th ebuiling, until they are caught in a room with the "clown". the "clown" has an axe on his hand, ready to kill, when the guy flashes a light at him and he becomes blind for about a min or 2. then i dont remembe rthe rest, but at the end the clown is killed( i think)

"IT" and "IT COMES BACK" (or something like that) is the only scary "clown type" movie I remember -- I just don't remember the eye thing but that could just be me.
