Ya know when someone dances in a 70's disco movie?

If you are referring to something from a movie, then most likely all that stuff was just choreographed to call attention to the lead characters. I don't know that it really is a dance move these days.

In the 50's however, it was a real dance..."The Stroll", where the boys were on one side, girls on the other, and they would pair off and stroll down the path created by the rows of people.

here is a bad bad example video, the first two couples are horrible...you can tell it is a 50's dance because only the older folks know how to do it.

Thats the Soul Train Line. It stated in the 70s on the popular TV show Soul Train.

Actually, your all wrong. This dance came out when I was in high school in 1965 or 1964 or earlier. It is called "The Stroll".
