Why haven't Sri Lanka been helped in their fight with the Tamil Tigers, why haven't the U.S done some air strikes, also why haven't E.T.A been bombed by the U.S, they are a Basque terrorist group

some people will say , "they aren't a threat to the U.S"

then why haven't the U.S sorted out "Army of God", a U.S terrorist group who blow up abortion clinics

The American government have their own agenda. They don`t waste bombs on non stratigic targets. So no natural resourses worth haveing then no bombs. If you want brainless bush to bomb you go out and get some resourses to make it worth his while.

American people aren`t the problem, it`s the few nutters at the top..!!

I think the word Terrorist is used pretty selectively. A country decides if people are terrorists, depending on the level of threat perceived by that country or if there is any resistance shown by the natives of say a particular country when another country want their land, resources, money etc.
Usually the strongest country will dictate who the "terrorists" are, at the moment it seems the USA are saying "you are with us or against us" (so if you dont give us what we want you are a terrorist.)
The trouble with this "war on terror" is that blanket laws being made could potentially make everybody a "terrorist", if you do not happen to go with a particular government dictat.

Being British,is there anything to gain by all this blow up and bomb that talk.OK,the pictures clear, you dont like americans, but i doubt they want bombs as a way of life. The sooner oil dries up the better, then we may see everyone kissing and cuddling, walking down the road together as friends. Is that how you see it,anybody see it this way,and as pointed out all the different factions to sort out,how can you do this, its interesting.Any ideas who could without hate and bias.
Edit you as well allfus

Why doesnt the UK do something? If the US did get involved people like you would be saying the US is sticking their nose where it doesnt belong. There is no pleasing some people. It is a case of damned if you do and damned if you dont.

America is a total contradiction, unless it is to do with oil they aren't interested.
They treat their own people very badly (New Orleans) so I think they should put their own house in order before they destroy the rest of the world.
America is a beautiful country with some wonderful people, it is a shame it is run by idiots, a bit like the UK then.

It is not the United States, it is our George Bush Administration and those who rubber stamp him. He has a narrow point of view on every subject and although we cannot police the whole world, no justice will be done for anyone until he is out of office.
