You're right about 19-20 being the average age. My daughter was always depressed because she "didn't have any boobs" (and I'll admit...she didn't)...when she hit 18 she had a growth spurt and her bra size is now 34 C...she's 21 now.

I had my first period when I was 11 too, so you didn't start abnormally young.

Anyway, I was thinking the same thing not too long ago. I looked around that thought for a while. It's hard to actually notice yourself growing because it goes by so slowly. This year before my period mine swelled up (y'know, like the usually do before your periods) and they actually stayed that way for a while, and they haven't down down in size even though they've returned to their normal softness. A lot of girls have invest in push-up bras and bra fillers, maybe that's why you might feel a little out-of-place. Also, all girls grow at different rates. Also, if you look around at real women, breasts aren't as huge as Hollywood mommas make them look, and if you look around at other women wearing halter tops, you might noticed that even their breasts might not fill the whole you. You didn't mention your size, so it's kind of difficult to give a good answer.

No, it most definitely is not "it". Women do not stop maturing until their mid twenties, you still have a lot of ground to cover before you'll be fully filled out! Just be patient. :)

I haven't grown since I was 13 and eyar after year I hoped things would change. Now I'm 19 and fairly confident my growing is over but I've been visitng this message board that helps with natural breast growth techniques. You can take herbs, do different massages, and here other women's advice. I highly reccommend it:
