I sold a liquor store and the escrow documents state that you cannot buy the same or simliar business within 10 miles of the sold one and now i found a gas station within 10 miles of the liquor store. Please help.

Check with your paper work, or who did your paper work
realtor/lawyer or even the person you sold it to.

But logically, a liquor store and gas station are completely
different, unless the liquor store sold gas as well when you sold it.

Not all motels or liquor are owned my Indians no more then all gas stations are run by Arabs.

It could possibly be . if the gas station is actually a convience store that also sells beer
