This question is possibly using a numbered alphabet (A=1,Z=26) so the sequence might be 3,1,18,18,?. But I am still not seeing the pattern. Any solutions?

Could be "o" if the word is Spanish.

Other folk beat me "y" - drat.

P or 16 , the only solution I see.
The next number after 16 would be 33 so you would have to use the Cyrillic alphabet for another letter, lol.
